Death of an inmate from the Regional Psychiatric Centre
SASKATOON, April 25, 2018 /CNW/ - On April 24, 2018, Garry Nelson Bunn, an inmate from the Regional Psychiatric Centre, died while in our custody of apparent natural causes.
At the time of his death, Mr. Bunn, 68 years old, had been serving an indeterminate sentence for Sexual Assault since September 27, 2012.
The inmate's next of kin have been notified of his death.
As in all cases involving the death of an inmate, Correctional Service Canada will review the circumstances and contact the police and the coroner if required.
