Fluidmaster Enters India With Joint Venture


SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. and BAHADURGARH, India, April 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Fluidmaster, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of toilet tank components and trim, announced today it has entered into a joint venture to be known as Fluidmaster Jindal Sanitaryware India Private Limited manufacturing sanitaryware products, including toilet valves, seats and cisterns for the Indian market.

"Fluidmaster's entry into India is an excellent next step in the global expansion of our operations," said Robert AndersonSchoepe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fluidmaster.  "A joint venture provides us with the ability to build on an established foundation of manufacturing and distribution."
