HOUSTON, April 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlas Oil Company is now a TOTAL Specialties USA, Inc. authorized lubricants distributor, cementing Atlas' vision of a single-source service model of premium lubricants and bulk fuel supply for its customers.
