Also built into Whisper® IQ filters is new Stay Cleantm Technology, which can keep aquarium glass up to 35 percent cleaner than unfiltered aquariums. A Stay Cleantm Tablet inside the filter cartridge dissolves over time, releasing active ingredients that reduce buildup on glass and stabilize the pH of the water. A water clarifier helps remove dirt and debris from water, as well as serves as an added buffer that stabilizes the pH of the water to make aquariums less prone to pH crashes.
