Public Service Announcement - Veterans Town Hall - Pension for Life

KINGSTON, ON, March 31, 2018 /CNW/ - The Honourable Seamus O'Regan, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence invites Veterans and their families to participate in a Veterans Town Hall on Wednesday April 4 at 7:00 p.m. (EST) at the Delta Hotels Kingston Waterfront in Kingston.
Veterans and their families will have the opportunity hear more and ask questions about about Pension for Life, and other Veterans Affairs Canada benefits and services, including new benefits which launched on April 1, 2018. On December 20, 2017, the new Pension of Life plan was announced. The Pension for Life is part of an overall well-being package that combines financial recognition of pain and suffering, income replacement, and a host of wellness services and programs to help Veterans successfully transition to life after service.
