Bremer Bank continues replacement of old branch technology with new ARCA cash recyclers

MEBANE, N.C., March 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Bremer Bank, headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, has teamed up with ARCA, a global leader of cash automation solutions, on an array of projects aimed at solving cash management challenges throughout their many locations. ARCA's family of CM18 teller cash recyclers were a perfect fit for the long-term project undertaken by Bremer to replace older dispenser technology.   

"Originally, we were using cash dispenser technology and decided a few years back to move toward recycler technology. We met with the [ARCA] team back in 2011," said Lynn Petersen, Enterprise Client Service Manager at Bremer Bank. "We liked a lot of the ARCA technology because when we looked at the machine, it had a smaller footprint, it fit under the teller counter, and we didn't have to pull out the drawers or even open the vault."

Cash recyclers are designed to deliver front line and back office benefits, both of which have been achieved at Bremer Bank. "[A teller] can stay at their work station and continue to engage with the customer," Petersen said.
