Peak Health and ImmunAg, LLP Announce Filing of Patent Applications for Humulus kriya- a Plant That Contains Non Psychotropic Cannabinoids

LOS GATOS, Calif., March 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Peak Health Center, a 501(c)(3), Not-For-Profit, Corporation, and ImmunAg, LLP, a Goa, India, private Corporation, announced that multiple patent applications have been filed for inventions relating to Humulus plants having high cannabidiol (CBD) levels in their leaves and inflorescence. These patent applications are also directed at the extracts of these Humulus plants, the compositions of these extracts, and the methods of treatment involving these compositions.

The Humulus kriya plant contains no Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), nor any psychotropic cannabinoids. The extract from Humulus kriya also contains no THC or psychotropic cannabinoids. This is a significant advantage over extracts from cannabis or hemp, which have traces of THC which have to be removed or regulated.

The unique extract from Humulus kriya, rich in ?-Caryophyllene, Humulene and Cannabidiol has been Trademarked as ImmunAgtm. The Food and Safety Standards Authority of India has approved and licensed ImmunAgtm, as a "Food Ingredient", and permitted it's import, if needed. There are no restrictions for export out of India and ImmunAg, LLP has the required e-IEC Import Export Code to export ImmunAgtm.
