RBC Global Asset Management strengthens U.S. investment management team


MINNEAPOLIS, March 14, 2018 /CNW/ - RBC Global Asset Management - US (RBC GAM) today announced the appointment of Robert Henderson to the role of Portfolio Manager, joining RBC GAM's Enterprise investment team in Boston.

Mr. Henderson will serve as lead portfolio manager for RBC GAM's Mid Cap Value Strategy. He joins the team with more than 25 years' investment experience as both an analyst and portfolio manager. In his previous roles at Rutabaga Capital Management and MFS Investment Management, he had a focus on small- and micro-cap equities, as well as exposure to international and domestic large- and mid-cap equities. He has also co-managed several funds, including an emerging markets fund and a small-cap equity fund. He holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford University.

In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Mr. Henderson will provide research analysis support to strategies managed by RBC GAM's Boston-based Enterprise team.
