RWK Services Acquires Twin City Maintenance Team

EDINA, Minn., March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Representatives from Sunbelt Business Advisors announced their client, Twin City Maintenance Team, has been acquired by RWK Services, a leading green facility service provider headquartered in Northeast Ohio.  RWK Services is expanding its operations in the Midwest through strategic acquisition of companies aligned with its core competencies.  RWK Services plans to retain all Twin City Maintenance Team staff as well as the company name.

RWK Services provides a wide range of facility and environmental services to property management, including office cleaning, janitorial, carpet maintenance, floor care and flood remediation.  A CIMS-GB Certified Company, RWK implements sustainable practices at the facilities it serves.

Twin City Maintenance Team was founded by Kirk Berg in 1977 while Berg was still in his teens. The company specializes in clean room services for Fortune 500 companies in the Twin Cities metro area.  The company currently employs approximately 50 full-time and part-time staff.

Sunbelt Business Advisors assisted Twin City Maintenance Team with market research and identifying potential buyers, and helped manage the transaction.
