Vintage Wine Estates Marks Women's History Month with Promotions of Erin Luby and Kimberly Benson
SANTA ROSA, Calif., March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Terry Wheatley, Executive Vice President and Karen Diepholz, Chief Financial Officer at Vintage Wine Estates announced the promotions of Erin Luby and Kimberly Benson to leadership positions in the company. Vintage Wine Estates, a privately held wine company owned by several long-time vintner families is currently the 14th largest in the U.S.
Erin Luby rises to Vice President of Tasting Rooms and Wine Clubs. Luby has been in the hospitality industry for fifteen years and started with Vintage Wine Estates in 2009 as Tasting Room Manager, Girard Winery. Her responsibilities expanded as Vintage Wine Estates continued to add to its portfolio. Most recently, she was Senior Director, Tasting Rooms and Wine Clubs. Luby oversees Vintage Wine Estates' eleven winery tasting rooms and wine club operations.
Kimberly Benson has been promoted to Vice President Finance. Benson, previously Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, started with Vintage Wine Estates in 2014 after 10+ years of finance experience in a combination of industries including financial services, wine/alcohol beverage and consumer package goods). Benson will oversee all finance and accounting teams.
