Counsel Announces Results of Investor Meetings for Two Merger Proposals
TORONTO, March 12, 2018 /CNW/ - Counsel Portfolio Services Inc. ("Counsel") today announced the results of two special meetings, each held on March 12, 2018, where investors approved the following mergers:

Continuing Portfolio
Counsel Income Managed Portfolio
Counsel Monthly Income Portfolio
(formerly known as Counsel Regular Pay Portfolio)
Counsel World Managed Portfolio
Counsel Balanced Portfolio
The mergers will be implemented on or about March 23, 2018.
