InventHelp Inventor Develops Yard-Waste Collection Aid (DLL-3345)

PITTSBURGH, March 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "I saw someone using a piece of cardboard to collect yard debris and dump it into a trash can," said an inventor from North Richland Hills, Texas. "I thought that there had to be a more efficient way to collect and dispose of such materials, which led me to develop this idea."

He created a prototype for THE ORIGINAL YARD SCOOP to make it easier to collect and dispose of yard waste and debris, such as leaves, twigs, grass, dirt, etc. The accessory captures significantly more debris than using the hands alone. The design allows the material to be dumped into a trash can or bag without spills and messes. The device saves time and effort when doing yard work. It also reduces physical stress and strain. Furthermore, the invention is usable to haul firewood as well.

The original design was submitted to the Dallas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
