MEDIA ADVISORY - Toronto Leaders Recognized for Coaching Excellence


TORONTO, March 12, 2018 /CNW/ - The Toronto Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation ? ICF Toronto -  announced this week recipients of the 2018 prestigious PRISM Awards during their conference, Journey to Mastery.

The PRISM Award recipients exemplify how professional coaching can develop an organization's human capital by maximizing individuals' potential. This drives engagement and performance that translates to a high Return on Investment and Expectations through coaching interactions and strategies with team members.

"The PRISM award recipients have all demonstrated exceptional return on investment from coaching.  Leading organizations -  small and large are continuing to enhance organizational success by working with ICF-accredited coaches to co-create custom coaching initiatives," says Nance MacLeod, President of ICF Toronto. "Each applicant was carefully reviewed by an expert judging panel and had to demonstrate the highest coaching standards of ICF and measurable results of impact," she said.

PRISM Winners for 2018 are:




LifeLabs® coached by Hazell & Collins Associates (Jennifer Collins) received the award for the Large Private Sector category.




Providence Healthcare coached by People Dynamics Learning (Dorothy Greenaway) received the award for the Not-for-Profits category.




Lumency coached by EDGE 3 (David Graham) received the award for the Small and Medium Sized Private Sector category.

The ICF Toronto Chapter created the PRISM Awards in 2000 to recognize organizations that best use coaching to yield measurable business results. Since 2005, ICF Global adopted the PRISM Award that has become the epitome of what professional coaching can accomplish at the corporate/ organizational level. 

Over 220 coaches attended the Journey to Mastery Conference held at Beanfield Centre in Toronto that included a special awards luncheon. The PRISM coaching award ceremony was sponsored by The Leadership Circle Profile.
