Asia Prestige Management to Invest in Maldives Resort

HONG KONG, March 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --  Hong Kong based Asia Prestige Management (APM) had successfully secured Ranveli Island Resort in Dec 2017. The island is strategically located in South Ari Atoll of Maldives and only 25 minutes seaplane ride from Male City. The resort will be re-branded as Zazz Island Resort.

This acquisition is in line with APM's strategy to expand strategically into key Asian markets and to further strengthen the presence of its Zazz brand.

South Ari Atoll offers one of Maldives' most sought-after resort destinations. With its location near Mamigili,  it is close to the marine wildlife protected area where whale sharks can be spotted all year round. A seaplane ride transports guests to the island, surrounded by some of the world's finest diving sites.

APM will partner with Unicorn Hotels & Resorts to manage the 100 villas resort which is scheduled to be opened in the second quarter of 2019.

Other projects under the management of APM includes Zazz Urban Thailand (Chaturathit Rd, Khwaeng Bang Kapi, Khet Huai Khwang, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10310, Thailand), Zazz Urban Vietnam (28 Su Van Hanh, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCM) and Treasure Oasis Hotel Cambodia (9Khum Svay Dangkum, Krong Siem Reap 63, Cambodia).
