Throughout the course of her education and training, Dr. Alvarez attained her Medical Degree from the Boston University School of Medicine. Thereafter, Dr. Alvarez completed an internal medicine residency at Genesee Hospital and geriatric fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York.
