Massage Heights Continues Texas Expansion with 10 Locations Planned for Fort Worth Market And Surrounding Areas

SAN ANTONIO, March 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Massage Heights, a leader of professional, affordable and convenient therapeutic massage and facial services, announced today it plans to develop 10 new Retreats throughout the Fort Worth market and surrounding areas as part of its continued Texas expansion in the coming years. The growth will be led by new Area Representative and local entrepreneur Maggie Walker, who will open the new locations over the next several years. Walker's first location is slated to open in Abilene, Texas, by the end of 2018.

As part of her role as Area Representative, Walker also will lead the franchisee recruitment efforts for the brand to open additional Retreats throughout the region. Massage Heights is targeting its expansion in communities throughout Fort Worth, West Texas and Central Texas.

Alongside her husband, she opened her first Sport Clips franchise location in 2004 and now has three locations throughout the state of Texas. She has implemented a business structure that emphasizes the importance of treating employees with respect, creating an enjoyable and respectful place to work. After visiting several Massage Heights Retreats while traveling and researching the membership-based business model, Walker wanted to develop the brand in her local market. Eddie Lackey, Walker's son-in-law, will assist in the business as the regional manager.
