YES Communities Announces The Acquisition Of Nine Manufactured Communities In Michigan

DENVER, March 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- YES! Communities, one of the nation's largest owners and operators of manufactured home communities, announced today that it had acquired a portfolio of nine manufactured home communities comprising over 2,100 residential home sites, all in the state of Michigan. As a result of the acquisition, the YES! portfolio now includes 188 communities across 17 states, containing over 47,000 home sites.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
