Andersen Corporation Acquires Heritage Windows and Doors Expanding Luxury Portfolio West


BAYPORT, Minn., March 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Andersen Corporation announced today the acquisition of Heritage Windows and Doors, a manufacturer of custom, high-quality aluminum windows and doors in Gilbert, Arizona. Heritage specializes in serving the luxury residential and commercial market creating high performance aluminum windows and doors that are resistant to the desert's natural forces.

Headquartered in Bayport, Minnesota, Andersen Corporation and its subsidiaries manufacture and market window and door products under the Andersen(R), Renewal by Andersen(R), Silver Line(R) and American Craftsman(R) brands. The owner of Heritage Windows & Doors is Tashco Industries, Inc., a private company founded in 1979. Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
