eVestment Launches Client Success Initiative, Names New Leader for Effort

ATLANTA, Feb. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Already recognized as a leader in client service, eVestment, a global leader in institutional investment data and analytics, is building on that reputation with the launch of a new client success initiative. To ensure clients are realizing the full value from their partnership with eVestment, the company is embracing a holistic "client success" model and has named Jenny Arnold as Global Head of Client Success to lead the charge.

"A 'client success' model includes both proactive and reactive efforts to understand what success means to each client and then deliver solutions that are tailored to address their specific business challenges," said Arnold. "I'm excited to be joining eVestment, which already has such strong and long-lasting client relationships, to help the company take this effort to the next level."

Arnold joins eVestment after 11 years leading investment industry client success and service teams at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), the global tech-enabled learning platform. She most recently served there as Senior Vice President and head of a core business segment that helps asset managers conduct due diligence.

The eVestment client success team will be charged with deploying the right resources to enable client success with eVestment's software and content, engaging with clients on a consistent basis to stay abreast of their evolving needs, and surfacing opportunities to introduce clients to new services and solutions to help increase the value clients get from eVestment and deepen eVestment's relationships with clients.

Client success will be a top priority for eVestment in 2018, and the company has already devoted significant resources to building this team. In addition to bringing Arnold on board, the client success team consists of about 25 people in eVestment offices around the world.

"eVestment has always had a very strong focus on serving our clients, simplifying their jobs and helping them achieve better outcomes," said eVestment co-founder and CEO Jim Minnick. "This client success effort will have immediate and long-term impact on the value our clients derive from their relationship with eVestment."
