Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals

WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP (Siegfried) recently convened a group of its newest professionals in Naples, FL.

Siegfried's Orientation program introduces the Firm's extraordinary culture, compelling business model, and interesting and challenging work to its newest professionals. During the multi-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with their new colleagues.

Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, CEO and Founder, and learn about Siegfried's higher purpose: we help People transform themselves into better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives. Richard Baker joins the San Francisco Market as a Senior Associate. He uses his dedicated initiative to make the most of his valuable experiences. Most recently, Baker was at Deloitte as an Audit Senior. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and Chinese from the University of Hawaii.

Brieann Capecci joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate on the Siegfried Advisory team. A team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed, Capecci earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Holy Family University and her master's degree in management from La Salle University. Most recently, she was in an industry role with a staffing and technology company.

Garima Deopura joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. Deopura earned her Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of California, Irvine. Her judicious problem-solving skills enable her to work through complex issues with her teams and provide successful solutions. Prior to joining Siegfried, Deopura was an auditor at KPMG.

Brian Devlin, CPA, joins the Los Angeles Market as a Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Loyola Marymount University and was most recently an Audit Manager at BDO. Tenacious, Devlin has a strong work ethic and passion to bring out the best in himself and those around him.  

James Dorval joins the South Florida Market as a Senior Associate after spending the last three years at PwC. With an eye for details and a dedication to quality work, he adds value to his team and his client. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Central Florida.

Thomas Guzman joins the Denver Market as an Associate Manager. Guzman's innovative approach to problem solving, coupled with his passion and energy, make him a valuable asset in the workplace. After earning his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rutgers University, he began his career at EY. Most recently, he was a Senior Accountant at Distil Networks, Inc.

Yvonne John joins the New York Metro Market as a Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics at the University of Western Australia. John's dedicated enthusiasm inspires her teams to leverage each other's strengths and work collaboratively. Most recently, she was a Group Reporting Analyst at First Quantum Minerals.

DJ Kornblau, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as an Associate Manager. Kornblau earned his accounting degree, along with a risk management and insurance degree, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is someone who always strives to be a team player and takes on any task assigned, large or small. Most recently, Kornblau was working within EY's financial services group.

Rachel Lee, CA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Manager. By seeking challenges and taking on initiatives, Lee delivers exceptional products and brings valuable insights. She earned her Bachelor of Visual Communications and her MBA from the University of Technology in Australia. Most recently, Lee was a Senior Manager at KPMG.

Renee L'Heureux, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Manager. L'Heureux's emphasis on teamwork and her constant drive to improve has resulted in a proven track record of success. Most recently, she was a Manager at Deloitte. She earned her Bachelor of Science and her master's in accountancy from Fairfield University.

Kevin Liu, CPA, CA, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. He is a strong believer in the notion that once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change with it. Liu studied accounting at Brock University and started his career at Grant Thornton.

Dale Lynch, CA, joins the San Jose Market as an Associate Manager. A fiend for problem solving, Lynch enjoys being challenged by new tasks and projects, and thrives when he is part of a team. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and accounting technology from Curtin University of Technology. He started his career at Grant Thornton and was most recently a Financial Accountant at CV Check Limited.

Brad Miller, CPA, joins the Houston Market as an Associate Manager. He earned his master's degree in accounting from Ohio State University and his bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio University. Miller's analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and strategic goal-setting abilities enable him to build a plan and execute. Most recently, he was a Manager for Doeren Mayhew CPAs and Advisors.

Andrew O'Neal, CPA, joins the D.C. Metro Market as a Senior Associate. O'Neal's persistent work ethic and his mental agility allow him to continually exceed expectations. Most recently, he was an Assurance Senior at EY. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in accounting at James Madison University.

Joanne Rebelo joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate after spending the past four years at EY. Unconventional and independent, Rebelo can see alternative viewpoints and provide her clients with a new perspective. She attended Providence College, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in accounting.

Brandon Rogers, CPA, joins the Charlotte Market as an Associate Manager. He works collaboratively with his teams, always seeking to understand the bigger picture. After earning his Bachelor of Science in accounting, Rogers started his career at PwC and was most recently a Senior Corporate Accountant at Clariant.   

Kyle Schuna rejoins the Denver Market as a Manager after spending the past two years as an Accounting Supervisor at Nivalis Therapeutics. Schuna's confidence and commitment make it possible for him to consistently produce exemplary work. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Juan Suarez joins the South Florida Market as an Associate Manager. A highly analytical and proactive person, Suarez graduated from St. Thomas University with his Bachelor of Business Administration and his master's in accounting. After starting his career at KPMG, Suarez was most recently a Senior Consultant at Advaion, LLP.

Mike Tsioutsiopoulos joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. Tsioutsiopoulos takes an innovative and creative approach to problem solving with a focus on leading his teams through collaboration. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and his Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Wisconsin. Most recently, he was an Audit Senior at EY.

Michael U'Chong, CA, joins the San Jose Market as an Associate Manager after most recently serving as a Financial Accountant at Lycopodium Ltd. He utilizes his strong mental and analytical abilities to provide efficient and effective solutions to his clients. U'Chong studied accounting and finance at Curtin University of Technology.

Wayne Ye, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. As someone who exemplifies the idea of mental agility, Ye can tackle diverse challenges. He earned his Bachelor of Science in mathematics and economics at UCLA and his MBA in professional accounting from Rutgers University. Most recently, he was an Assurance Senior at EY.
