Financial Education Benefits Center Provides Personal Finance Resources and Benefits for a Healthier Financial Life

SAN RAMON, Calif., Feb. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Maintaining a budget can be difficult. For some, their income is just not sufficient to cover all their bills, especially when emergencies crop up. Others have enough money to pay their bills and more, but they find it difficult to manage their income. And there's no shame in that; many Americans have trouble adhering to a budget. Financial Education Benefits Center (FEBC), a membership benefits company, has dozens of downloadable resources related to managing income, spending, debt, and more.

"For some people, trying to sit down and figure out a budget is a little intimidating," said Jennifer Martinez, Manager at FEBC. "Some people may not know where to start at all. But when you have a template to get you going, that lays it all out for you, it gets a lot easier."

FEBC provides members with access to downloadable spreadsheets, worksheets, forms, and templates to get them started on the financial organization journey. The resources available are meant to help users manage anything from a household budget to the financials for a small business. There are also a variety of documents related to student loans, including documents related to financial aid applications and repayment of student loans.

Certain FEBC members also have access to a Financial Package, which contains benefits like a tax helpline, financial helpline, and more. The Financial Package connects eligible FEBC members with free, discounted, or specialized services of finance professionals.

"Managing household finances and sticking to a budget may be some of the trickiest things to do," said Martinez. "But with a little help, including from these FEBC resources, we hope FEBC members can start or continue their healthy financial habits."
