Sprint Announces $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Feb. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of notes.

Sprint intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

The joint book-running managers for the offering are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
