EES Announces Joint Venture to Introduce New Product

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy and Environmental Services, Inc. ("EES" or the "Company") (OTC: EESE) is pleased to announce the formation of a new company named Vortex Oilfield Products, LLC that will specialize in the marketing and distribution of pump barrels coated with the Company's anti-corrosive Enduro-Bond® coating.

The pump barrel is the metal cylinder in which the plunger of a sucker rod reciprocates and is an integral part of most downhole pump systems used in oil & gas wells.  Enduro-Bond Manufacturing Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of EES, will receive payment for the coating of the pump barrels and EES will participate in 50% of the pump barrels sales revenue through its ownership in Vortex Oilfield Products, LLC.
