The "Cord Keeper" prevents cords from being inadvertently pulled out from outlets, and helps to eliminate damaged equipment and receptacles. The product increases safety when working with electrical equipment and reduces tension and stress on the plug and cord.

Easy to install via two small fasteners, the L-shaped device is made from 16-gauge galvanized metal, and features four prongs that extend outward with openings for looping the prongs. To use, install the Cord Keeper adjacent to a power outlet. The cord is then looped into the prongs and plugged into the receptacle. The device eliminates tension on the cord and plug, and prevents the cord from being pulled out of the receptacle. The Cord Keeper is able to support two cords with ease. Suggested retail price: $9.99, plus shipping and handling.
