Exeo Entertainment, Inc.'s Krankz Audio signs Joint Venture Agreement With Axcel Electronics

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Exeo Entertainment, Inc. (OTCQB: EXEO) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Axcel Electronics Thailand Co Ltd. (Axcel) to manufacture and distribute private label Krankz Audio headphones, branded cabling, and power banks to OEM manufactures.

Under the terms of the agreement Exeo Entertainment, Inc. will manufacture and distribute their Krankz brand of headphones under a private label program to OEM accounts. Additionally, they will distribute the Axcel Electronics line of branded power banks and cables to OEM.  Axcel Electronics will service retail accounts with their existing products as well as the Krankz branded headphones.
