Wildcat Venture Partners Hires Jennifer Trzepacz as Chief People Officer & Operating Partner


SAN MATEO, Calif., Feb. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Wildcat Venture Partners today announced that industry veteran and human resources (HR) executive Jennifer (JT) Trzepacz has joined the firm as chief people officer and operating partner.

In her role, JT will focus on connecting talent, people strategies and operations to accelerate performance in Wildcat's portfolio companies. She also will act as the executive director of the Traction Gaptm Institute. The Traction Gap Institute was founded by Wildcat Venture Partners to help startups successfully scale.

JT has more than 20 years of experience implementing HR strategies at several transformative and industry-leading companies, including LivingSocial, Salesforce, Electronic Arts, Yahoo! and CNET Networks. 

Prior to joining Wildcat, she was the executive vice president at Rocket Fuel, where she oversaw global HR, legal, facilities, IT, business operations and internal communications.
