MDM&C Expands Coverage in Northeast Region; Opens Office in Providence, Rhode Island
MORRISTOWN, N.J., Feb. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP ("MDM&C" or "the Firm") today announced the opening of an office in Providence, Rhode Island, further expanding into the Northeast region, and bringing the Firm's total number of physical locations to 14, in 9 states including New Jersey, New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Florida, and now Rhode Island.
The Firm also announced that the initial member of its Providence office is Paul E. Dwyer, Esq., who has joined MDM&C as a partner. Mr. Dwyer has extensive experience in defending both corporate clients and individual healthcare professionals throughout the United States in malpractice, products liability, general liability and consumer protection cases, as well as regulatory matters.
Over the course of his 30-year legal career, Mr. Dwyer has directed the national litigation management team for a Fortune 20 pharmacy chain; served as New England regional counsel for several corporate clients in asbestos litigation; tried numerous products liability personal injury and wrongful death cases; and represented insurers in coverage disputes in federal and state courts, and before the Rhode Island Supreme Court.

He is member of the Bar Associations of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice law in those two states as well as New York and Connecticut. Mr. Dwyer is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubble, its highest level of professional excellence and a Preeminent Lawyer for 2018.
