Darryl Rosenblatt, Jamie Leigh Klingler, and Scrappy Elegant Gaming retract any past statements made concerning IGT, any of IGT's employees, any IGT customer, or any IGT product. Darryl Rosenblatt, Jamie Leigh Klingler, and Scrappy Elegant Gaming no longer contend that IGT infringes (or that IGT's customers infringe) U.S. PATENT No. 9,582,970 (the '970 patent") and do not contend that the '970 patent covers the CrystalCurve ULTRA gaming machine.
