Moor Park Capital Partners LLP Initiates Litigation

On January 16, 2018, Moor Park Capital Partners LLP and certain of its affiliates (collectively the "Service Provider" or "Moor Park"), were informed by Global Net Lease, Inc. (the "Company") that the Company had decided to terminate the Service Provider Agreement entered into with the Company, Global Net Lease Advisors, LLC (an affiliate of AR Global), and other related entities effective as of March 17, 2018. Moor Park believes that it has been terminated improperly and, on January 25, 2018, initiated litigation in New York State Supreme Court seeking an injunction to stop that termination. That lawsuit is captioned Moor Park Capital Partners LLP v. Global Net Lease, Inc., et al., Index No. 650391/2018.
