The public is invited to the grand opening event Saturday, Feb. 10, in Newcastle, Wash.
The Lake Boren 7.5-acre waterfront community is built with inspiration from Shanghai, melded with beautiful Pacific Northwest architecture. The community nurtures residents celebrating Chinese and Asian culture through authentic cuisine, favorite traditional activities, exquisite décor and multilingual staff.
Aegis Gardens blends Eastern and Western approaches to health and wellness that nurture the mind, body and spirit. Residents enjoy regional cuisine, which includes a made-to-order noodle bar, savory dim sum and roasted duck from an authentic duck oven, all while taking in the beautiful view. Twenty-four-hour resident care includes assisted living and memory care provided by staff fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Aegis Gardens features 110 apartments including studios, one and two bedrooms with rents starting at $3,700 per month.
