Attorney James E. Stoltz Fights for Client's Rights in Personal Injury Case

OWENSBORO, Ky., Jan. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- James E. Stoltz, a personal injury attorney at Gerling Law, recently filed a complaint (Case No. 18-CI-00007 filed in Webster County Circuit Court) on behalf of a client (plaintiff) who was seriously injured in the semi-trailer truck and automobile collision.

According to court documents, the plaintiff was operating her vehicle on Interstate 69 in Webster County, KY, when she collided with the defendant's trailer due to his alleged negligence. The plaintiff's damages include, without limitation, serious personal injury, medical expenses, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of earnings, and loss of earning capacity.

Stoltz, who graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law, focuses on personal injury, wrongful death and hazing injuries. He is member of the Indiana Trial Attorneys Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Evansville Bar Association. Stoltz knows that clients need an attorney who "has their back," something that's especially important in serious injury cases.

"We look forward to presenting our clients' claims to a jury and obtaining fair compensation for them," concluded Stoltz. "In a trucking case the issues are far more complex than your normal automobile accident."
