Tuckamore Holdings LP Sells Common Shares of Brompton Corp.
CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tuckamore Holdings LP (formerly Newport Partners Holdings LP) (Tuckamore), today announced the sale of 500,000 common shares (the Sold Shares) in the capital of Brompton Corp. (the Issuer) to Brompton Financial Services Inc. (Brompton) at a price of CDN$0.1191 per share through a private sale between Tuckamore and Brompton for a total purchase price of CDN$59,550.
The Sold Shares represented approximately 19.8% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer, assuming 2,524,181 common shares of the Issuer are outstanding as of the date hereof. Following the above transaction, Tuckamore will no longer hold any securities of the Issuer.
