PA Lottery's Lots O'Luck Second-Chance Drawing Opens


MIDDLETOWN, Pa., Jan. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Lottery's Lots O'Luck second-chance drawing is now open, offering second chances to win up to $50,000.

Players may immediately enter non-winning O'Lucky 7s Scratch-Off tickets. Starting February 6, non-winning Tic-Tac-Luck Fast Play tickets can be entered. The random drawing will award 25 prizes of $1,000, ten prizes of $5,000 and one top prize of $50,000.

Enter through the VIP Players Club at palottery.com or scan-to-enter using our official mobile app. Enter qualifying tickets as soon as possible after play. The entry deadline is March 22, 2018.

Review entry instructions, prize details, official rules, and drawing information at palottery.com. Mailed entries will be disqualified and late entries are not accepted. Winners will be announced in the Second Chancetm winners section of palottery.com.
