HighTechLending Announces Enhancements to its Reverse Division as part of its Strategic Development Growth in 2018

HighTechLending hired industry veteran Adrian Prieto, as VP of Wholesale and Retail Branching nationwide.  His key responsibilities include expanding reverse loan production through retail branching and aggressively expanding wholesale market share. HighTechLending has been focused on attracting new brokers to the reverse industry and will now focus on also providing price and service to experienced producers. 

Joan Imelio has been promoted to VP of Secondary Marketing, Broker Relations, Product and System Development and Reverse Training.  Joan will be responsible for the Reverse Secondary Marketing Division, a key role in strategic problem solving and resolution as loans flow through the system.

A third hire, Nancy Davidson, will be joining HighTechLending as VP of Reverse Operations and will oversee the Reverse Operations Department.  Davis brings with her a wealth of operational management experience with over twenty eight years of extensive mortgage background in both forward and reverse mortgages.  She is also an accomplished DE Underwriter with proficiency in Reverse, HECM and VA, Conventional and FHA.
