BISMARCK, N.D., Jan. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Longtime fitness club owners, brothers Aaron and Kris Moos, are launching a new, independent health and wellness facility next to Kirkwood Mall in the center of south Bismarck, ND. Formerly a Gold's Gym, the newly branded facility is making a point of shedding the masculine, bodybuilder identity of the Gold's brand with programs and amenities that appeal to the general public, both workout novices and people who are more fitness-oriented.

"We wanted to appeal to a broader crowd," explains co-owner, coach, and doctor Aaron Moos. "We wanted to build a place where everybody feels comfortable coming in the door, no matter who you are, in shape or out of shape, or whether you've ever worked out in your life. It has the distinction of being the first club in the west to incorporate the newly developed science-based Regymen routine into the club. Featuring a mix of 30-, 60, and 90-minute workouts that emphasize burning calories and fat plus building muscle, Regymen's routines are designed to prevent workout plateaus.
