CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Badger Daylighting Ltd. ("Badger") is pleased to announce its January 2018 cash dividend and upcoming events.
January 2018 Dividend
Badger today announced that the directors of Badger declared a cash dividend for the month of January of $0.038 per share, which equates to $0.456 per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about February 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2018.
Badger expects that the dividends will be "eligible dividends" for Canadian income tax purposes and thus qualify for the enhanced gross-up and tax credit regime for certain shareholders.
Upcoming Release of 2017 Year End Results and Conference Call
Badger expects to release its 2017 year end results on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
