New Stratus Energy Announces Extension of Expiry Date of Uranium Put Agreement

CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New Stratus Energy Inc. (TSX.V:NSE) ("New Stratus" or the "Corporation") announces that the expiry date of the put and sale agreement dated May 3, 2017 for its uranium assets and the maturity dates of the related loan agreements have each been extended from December 31, 2017 to August 31, 2018.
