Golden Leaf Holdings Announcement of Jackson & Company as  New Independent Auditor

TORONTO, Jan. 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd. ("GLH" or the "Company") (CSE:GLH) (OTCQB:GLDFF), a leading cannabis oil solutions company built around recognized brands, today announced the appointment of Jackson and Company as its new independent auditor. The appointment will be effective for the 2017 financial year.

Jackson & Company Chartered Professional Accountants, is located in downtown Vancouver. It provides professional audit, accounting, and taxation services to small, large and mid-size private and public companies across BC and Canada-wide. The decision to change auditors was made following an extensive review involving a number of accounting firms, and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company's former auditor  Grant Thornton LLP on any matter of accounting principle, financial statement disclosures or auditing scope or procedure.

"Jackson & Company is one of the few auditors that has extensive experience working with public cannabis companies and we look forward to their support maintaining independent oversight of the annual financial statements of Golden Leaf. The Company and the Board of Directors would like to extend their thanks to Grant Thorton LLP for their auditing services to date," commented William Simpson, CEO of Golden Leaf Holdings.

A notice of change of auditor and related documents will be filed by the Company on SEDAR in due course.
