East Coast Investment Grade Income Fund Announces 1st Quarter Distributions and Annual Indicative Distribution Amount

TORONTO, Jan. 9, 2018 /CNW/ - East Coast Investment Grade Income Fund (TSX:ECF.UN) (the "Fund") announced today that based upon the prevailing market conditions and the estimate of distributable cash flow from the Fund's portfolio for the upcoming year, the indicative distribution amount of the Fund for the 12 months ending December 31, 2018 will have a target yield of 5%, which is currently equivalent to $0.04 per unit per month.
As a result, the Fund will pay a distribution in the amount of $0.04 per unit on or before February 15, 2018 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2018.
A distribution will also be paid in the amount $0.04 per unit on or before each of March 15, 2018 and April 13, 2018 to unitholders of record on February 28, 2018 and March 30, 2018 respectively.
Notwithstanding this announcement, the amount of the distributions may vary from period to period, and there can be no assurance that a fund will make any distributions in any particular period
