Local Deputy Sheriff Zackari Parrish Fundraiser Raises $17,077.47


ANN ARBOR, Mich., Jan. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Thin Blue Line USA has made a donation to the Douglas County Fallen Officer Fund raised from their Give Blue Fundraiser; honoring the memory of Deputy Sheriff Zackari Parrish of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

Thin Blue Line USA launched a fundraiser to support the family of Deputy Sheriff Zackari Parrish, who was killed in the line of duty on December 31, 2017. Through the sales of Thin Blue Line American Flag Bracelets, a total of $17,077.47 was raised over the weekend. Thin Blue Line USA produced a video, posted on social media, announcing the tragic event. The video has been viewed over 250,000 times and inspired countless testimonies to Parrish in the comments. The donation was made to the Douglas County Fallen Officer Fund. The fundraiser is ongoing, and a second donation will be made next week.

Over the course of 2016 and 2017, Thin Blue Line USA has proudly donated over $330,000 back to law enforcement non-profits. The company sends their deepest thanks to everyone that participated in the fundraiser and wears their Thin Blue Line Bracelet in honor of Deputy Sheriff Parrish.
