Andersen Corporation Acquires Frontier Tooling and Design Corporation to Strengthen its Fibrex® Material Capabilities

BAYPORT, Minn., Jan. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Andersen Corporation announced today the acquisition of Frontier Tooling and Design Corporation, an extrusion tooling supplier in Huntington, West Virginia.

"The acquisition of Frontier strengthens Andersen by providing an element of vertical integration in the design and fabrication of tooling for our many extrusion technologies," said Jay Lund, Andersen Chairman and CEO. Frontier is a private company founded in 1995. Frontier designs and fabricates extrusion tooling for fenestration, fencing and railing products. Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
