Greystone Technology Expands Services to Include End-user Technical Training

DENVER, Jan. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Greystone Technology, a technology solutions provider focused on managed IT services, IT projects, and web development, today announced the formation of a new end-user technical training center. The center will be delivering training on standard business applications like Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint as well as cybersecurity and IT processes.

Greystone Technology has been serving Colorado companies for 16 years and have over 200 active clients who rely on us for their business technology needs. In addition to our outsourced IT services, we provide SharePoint and Office 365 consulting, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, web and application development, and end-user technical training.

As the majority of companies move to cloud-based applications like Office 365, the business applications they use are being updated more frequently with new features and functionality. Users cannot stay up to date with the changes, even when the new features would provide productivity gains.

"We're excited about the potential that a defined training center has to provide additional value for our clients and non-clients alike," says Jesse Armstrong, co-founder and president of Greystone Technology. "Technology companies are accelerating the delivery of new and improved toolsets but are neglecting to help end-users leverage those tools.  We can now help companies get the full benefit of the software they purchase by training their staff."

Jeni Bierling, a ten-year veteran corporate trainer, has joined Greystone to head up the new training center.  Training is available on-site in client's offices or Greystone's classroom-style training facility. The curriculum covers standard business applications and can be customized to a client's specific needs and applications.

Greystone Technology has been working with companies in Colorado and across the U.S. for over 16 years. They provide IT support, software development, and IT project services from their offices in Denver, Boulder, and Ft. Collins.
