ST. JOHN'S, Dec. 29, 2017 /CNW/ - The Honourable Seamus O'Regan, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence?on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development?and the Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will announce funding through the government's Connect to Innovate program.
The program, which supports bringing high-speed Internet services to Canadians living in rural and remote communities, will help Internet service providers bridge the digital divide in Newfoundland and Labrador.
