Redbridge Officially Registers with FINRA as a Broker Dealer Member Firm

BEIJING, Jan. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Recently, Redbridge Securities LLC ("Redbridge"), became registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") as a broker dealer and member firm. 

In the process of applying for registration as a FINRA member firm, FINRA conducted a comprehensive examination of Redbridge's management team's experience, risk management, compliance, and financial strength.  FINRA states that as a member firm, the company and its associates should abide by high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.

Formed in May of 2016, BBAE Holdings LLC ("BBAE"), the parent company of Redbridge, is a typical FINTECH startup company.  Its team members are from well-known internet companies and financial institutions.  BBAE provides ROBO Advisor solutions to well-known asset management companies to provide investing strategies in USD.

Prior to Redbridge obtaining FINRA membership, BBAE worked with a well-known US clearing firm to provide $0 commission securities trading.  After Redbridge obtained FINRA membership, those services will be offered directly through Redbridge.  Redbridge will be able to offer margin trading services soon.  In the future, Redbridge will also launch new business lines like options, futures, and other derivatives according to market demand. 

Currently, BBAE has provided this solution to various partners already in mainland China, Hong Kong, and the U.S. partners include fund management companies, investment adviser firms, independent financial services platforms, wealth management companies and so forth.
