QUÉBEC, Dec. 21, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The Ministère du Développement durable, de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MDDELCC), the California Air Ressources Board (ARB) and the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change announced that the next joint carbon market auction will be held on February 21, 2018.
The publication of the Auction Notice, which includes the number of emissions units for sale, minimum prices and application requirements, marks the beginning of the application period. The application period closes January 22, 2018.
