Harvest Declares Big Pharma Split Corp. December 2017 Distributions


OAKVILLE, ON, Dec. 20, 2017 /CNW/ - Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. ("Harvest") declares the first monthly cash distribution payable for Big Pharma Split Corp. of $0.1031 for each class A share (PRM:TSX) for the month ending December 31, 2017. The distribution is payable January 12, 2017 to class A shareholders of record at the close of business December 29, 2017.

Harvest also declares the first quarterly cash distribution payable to Big Pharma Split Corp. of $0.05163 for each Preferred share (PRM.PR.A:TSX) for the quarter ending December 31, 2017. The first quarterly distribution is pro-rated to reflect the period from the Closing Date of November 24, 2017 to December 31, 2017. The distribution is payable January 12, 2017 to Preferred shareholders of record at the close of business December 29, 2017. Beginning in 2018, holders of record of Preferred shares on the last business day of each March, June, September and December will be entitled to receive fixed, cumulative preferential quarterly cash distributions equal to $0.125 per Preferred Share.
