The location, which opens to the public on December 20, 2017 at 11am MST, will offer both travelers and airport employees fresh, authentic and quick from-scratch Mexican cuisine at an affordable price. Costa Vida offers a variety of custom, made-to-order whole food items such as hand-crafted tortillas, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, salads and nachos.
