Kathleen Posey, MD, ACOG, Publishes O-Shot® Research in the Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease

FAIRHOPE, Ala., Dec. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Women with lichen sclerosus often suffer with decreased sexual response and with the resultant relationship strain due to their clitoris becoming trapped by the scarring phimosis that results from the disease. This wall of scar tissue, which often occurs with lichen sclerosus and which keeps the clitoris trapped and less responsive to sex, will often quickly recur when a physician surgically frees the clitoris by lysing the scar. To find a longer lasting solution for this problem, Dr. Kathleen Posey, MD, ACOG (board certified gynecologist) recently presented research showing that combining her surgical technique with the O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot®) procedure will free the clitoris and will usually prevent recurrence of the phimosis.

Dr. Kathleen Posey M.D., FACOG, FAARFM

Dr. Posey's technique research was published in the Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease after she recently presented her research at the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease. She demonstrated how she combined her surgical techniques with the O-Shot® procedure to help ensure sustained results with the new free-the-clitoris technique.

Dr. Posey is also a certified provider and teacher of the O-Shot® procedure. The O-Shot® procedure was designed by Dr. Charles Runels and evolved out of his work with the Vampire Facelift® & Vampire Facial® procedures made famous by Kim Kardashian after she featured the procedures on her reality TV show?all of these procedures use blood-derived growth factors to rejuvenate tissue. Over 1,000 physicians and nurse practitioners and hundreds of gynecologists and urologists in over 40 countries now offer the O-Shot®.

Dr. Posey may be reached by contacting the Cellular Medicine Association through which she offers training to gynecologists and urologists for the freedom surgery & for the O-Shot® procedure.
