Incorvaia has worked with WDG since it was founded in 1997 and has been a freelance Executive Producer for the past twelve years. "It's wonderful to come full circle with Wilson Dow and I'm thrilled to take on this new set of opportunities to serve our clients and mentor our talented production teams," Incorvaia said.

Incorvaia's experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, hotel, spirits, telecommunications and technology.  Among the highlights of her work with WDG are naming ceremonies for over twenty cruise ships, including the high profile global launch of the Royal Princess for Princess Cruises in Southampton, UK. The event, seen around the world, featured The Duchess of Cambridge and more than 2,000 guests. Incorvaia also had a lead role in developing and coordinating the naming ceremony for the Regal Princess for Princess Cruises. The launch in Fort Lauderdale brought together the original cast of "The Love Boat" to bless the ship and entertain the 1,500 guests in attendance.

"Jennifer's industry experience and leadership skills will be a tremendous complement to our production staff and to Wilson Dow's future," Steve Wilson, Partner, said. "We're very excited to have her on our management team as we continue to grow the firm."

"Clients want to work with Wilson Dow because of our deep bench of creative thinkers and incredibly talented producers," Mark Dow, Partner, said. "With Jennifer leading our production team we are perfectly positioned to take our industry-leading live events business to the next level."

Along with extensive experience conceiving, planning and producing corporate events, launches and digital user conferences, Incorvaia is also dedicated to community service and the arts. She's a volunteer with the Step Up Women's Network, where she mentors girls to become confident, career-focused and college-bound. She's founder and producing artistic director for Not Waiting Productions, a non-profit theatrical production company. Jennifer is also a volunteer for Coat Angels, giving new coats to Chicago children in need.
