Media Advisory/Invitation: Distinguished Canadian Scientist to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award


QUÉBEC CITY, Dec. 11, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The W. Garfield Weston Foundation will announce the recipient of its annual Weston Family Prize for Lifetime Achievement in Northern Research this week in Quebec City. The $100,000 prize will be presented at ArcticNet's Arctic Change 2017 Conference, one of the largest trans-sectoral international Arctic research conferences ever held in Canada, which is taking place this year at the Quebec City Convention Centre.
